Which driving documents should I bring?
Bring your current driver licence. If it is not in English, carry an accepted English translation or International Driving Permit together with the original licence. Confirm driver eligibility, any age conditions and the documents required at pickup with our team. Read the rental and document guide.
How do I request a booking?
Choose a vehicle and enter your pickup and return details. Choose WhatsApp or email to open a prepared message, then press Send in your chosen app. Our team will confirm availability, the final price and rental conditions before your booking is confirmed.
Is airport pickup free?
Yes. Pickup at Queenstown Airport (ZQN) is free. Include your arrival time and flight number, if available, in your request so we can arrange the handover.
Are the displayed prices the final rental price?
Prices are starting daily rates in NZD. The final quote depends on your dates, rental duration and any requested extras. Our team will confirm the complete price before you agree to the rental.
What about insurance and the security deposit?
Standard insurance is included. The Range Rover V8 offers Standard, Reduced Excess, Premium Protection and Zero Excess Protection, with excesses of NZ$6,000, NZ$2,500, NZ$500 and NZ$0 respectively, subject to coverage conditions and exclusions. Select the car to compare rates. A refundable security bond is separate from the insurance excess; its amount, payment method and release conditions must be confirmed by our team. Other vehicles are quoted individually.
Where can I collect and return the car?
Free pickup is available at Queenstown Airport. Other pickup and return locations can be requested by arrangement. Tell us your preferred location when you contact us.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. Our team will explain the rental conditions and any applicable charges before confirming your booking.
Can I change my dates or cancel?
Date changes are subject to availability. Before agreeing to rent, request the cancellation deadline, applicable charges and refund conditions for your booking. If your plans change, contact us by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
